Our design centers are celebrated for their sophisticated product offerings and exceptional customer service. We are seeking talented Design Center Consultants to join our team and provide outstanding guidance and support to our clients as they navigate their projects.

Position Overview:

The Design Consultant serves as an in-house design expert, guiding homeowners, designers, and trade professionals through a refined selection experience for premium countertops, tile, and shower enclosures. This role blends technical expertise with a strong eye for design, helping clients curate materials and finishes that complement both their architectural vision and functional needs.

Working within a collaborative showroom environment, the Design Consultant partners closely with Account Managers to deliver a seamless and highly personalized client experience from initial consultation through final product selection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored design consultations, assisting clients in selecting surfaces, materials, and finishes that align with their architectural plans, interior aesthetics, and lifestyle needs.
  • Curate thoughtful product recommendations that reflect current design trends, timeless style, and the unique vision of each project.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth client transition and maintain open communication to support accurate order entry and successful project execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, builders, and trade partners through exceptional service and product expertise.
  • Represent the showroom at industry events and support select weekend hours, as scheduled, to enhance client engagement and cultivate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  •    3+ years’ experience in decorative plumbing sales, showroom sales, or plumbing design/consulting.Strong technical knowledge of plumbing fixtures, rough-ins, compatibility, and installation requirements; ability to read plans is a plus.
  •    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  •    Proficiency in CRM, order-entry systems, and Microsoft Office.Collaborative, solutions-focused team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for plumbing products.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:
