Typical First-Year Pro: $60,000 - $100,000
Elite Performers: $190,000+ annually

Must-Haves:

Experience: 2+ years of high-level in-home consultative sales.
Grit: You love the 100% commission environment and take accountability for your results.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite, CRM, and basic CAD.
Mobility: Reliable wheels to get you to appointments across the Seattle area.

Bonus Points:

A background in space planning, remodeling, or interior design.
A "rolodex" of builders, architects, or designers.

Training Start Date: September 24, 2026
