This is a 100% commission-based role designed for hunters, not spectators.

  • Typical First-Year Pro: $60,000 – $100,000
  • Elite Performers:$190,000+ annually

Are You The One?

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 2+ years of high-level in-home consultative sales.
  • Grit: You love the 100% commission environment and take accountability for your results.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite, CRM, and basic CAD.
  • Mobility: Reliable wheels to get you to appointments across the Seattle area.

Bonus Points:

  • A background in space planning, remodeling, or interior design.
  • A "rolodex" of builders, architects, or designers.

Training Start Date: September 24, 2026

Our next paid training cycle kicks off at our Bothell, WA location on May 1st. We provide the technology and the tools—you bring the fire.
