Job Description

The Sr. Designer – Global Creative will lead the development of high-impact print and digital brand campaigns, delivering 360° creative assets for product launches and key brand initiatives. This role is responsible for concept development, creative execution, art direction support, and maintaining brand consistency across global markets. The position will partner with regional teams and external agencies to deliver innovative, beauty-focused creative solutions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum 8 years of professional design experience.

Required Skills

  • Advanced graphic design for print and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Beauty-focused brand design and visual storytelling.

  • Typography, color theory, page layout, and visual identity systems.

  • Creative concept development and campaign execution.

  • Art direction for photo shoots and post-production review.

  • Design of visual comps, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Adobe Creative Suite expertise, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

  • Mac OS environment proficiency and basic Mac/PC compatibility troubleshooting.

  • Creative leadership and designer mentoring experience.

  • Portfolio demonstrating business-driven design solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or prestige brand experience.

  • Experience supporting global creative teams and regional marketing initiatives.

  • Agency collaboration and creative vendor management.

  • PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams proficiency.

  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced creative environments.
