- Technical Leadership: Independently manage complex projects, including traffic control plans, conduit design, and underground utility profiling.

What You Bring (The Requirements):
- Experience: 2+ years in engineering drawing production, specifically within Telecommunications or Utilities.
- Education: A technical degree or BS in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Starter Mindset: Proven ability to work autonomously, manage tight deadlines, and deliver accurate results without constant supervision.
