Closet Factory is currently looking for passionate, upbeat, professional salespeople with a great track record to join our growing sales team. This is a REMOTE POSITION.  We are currently focused on finding individuals who live in  upper Westchester County NY or Fairfield County CT to sell directly to homeowners within 60 minutes travel of your home. in this role you will be designing custom closets, home offices, garages, entertainment centers, pantries and much more.  Your solutions will fit the organizational, aesthetic and budgetary needs of each client. Closet Factory will provide preset qualified leads to you within your self-set schedule. However, self-generated leads are highly encouraged and rewarded at a higher compensation rate. We are a hard-working company, and we are seeking to further improve our performance with like-minded team players.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Superior problem-solving ability.
  • 2+ years Sales Experience, in-home sales experience a plus.
  • Proficient working with computer programs.
  • Must possess solid math skills.
  • Self-starter that can work independently and thrive in a full commission environment.
  • Creative Thinker / able to Visualize.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must be Customer Service Oriented

Requirements:

  • A verifiable track record of sales goal achievement. 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must reside in Westchester County, NY or Fairfield County, CT.
  • A personal laptop computer
