Title: Desktop Support Analyst (Labs)Location: Wilmington, DE 19803Desktop Support Analyst (Labs) role is a Contract with a client located in Wilmington, DE 19803. Ideally looking for applicants to have a solid background in Windows 10, Office 365, Labs/Laboratory system.SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES·Provide technical Desktop Support for R&D Business & IT teams·Troubleshoot and resolve Technical incidents relative to Level 1 and Level 2 needs acrosssoftware, and integrated platforms inclusive of Lab and core IT environments.·Provide overall L2 technical support for environments consisting of, but not limited to:oWindows and Linux OSoWin10 / 365 Exchangeo3rd party devices and lab equipment·All other duties as assigned by Leadership / management
