Job Description:IT End User Services Technician – (FSO 2)
Day to Day Job Duties:In a Hospital environment:
Imaging and deployment of desktop and laptop PC workstations.
Install minor peripheral devices and printers.
Perform standard break/fix of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers andperipherals.
Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset managementsystem.
Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years of Windows PC technical experience.
3-5 years of strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment,network printing systems and Microsoft Office & Google Suite modules.
3-5 years of solid customer service communications.Degree: Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Healthcare environment experience a plus.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
