Optical Coating Technician Twinsburg, OHPay: $20 per hourSchedule: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AMLocation: Twinsburg, OHWeekly PayWe are hiring Optical Coating Technicians in Twinsburg, OH. This is a hands-on production role that requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and good hand dexterity.This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, patient, and comfortable working carefully with small or delicate parts. Previous optical coating experience is not required. We are looking for people who show up consistently, follow instructions, and take pride in accurate, detailed work.What Youll DoAs an Optical Coating Technician, you will:
- Clean and prepare optical lenses and components for coating
- Handle delicate parts carefully to prevent damage
- Perform detailed, repetitive work with accuracy and consistency
- Use hand dexterity to prepare, inspect, and move small optical components
- Operate and assist with coating equipment after training
- Help maintain coating chambers, including sand blasting and foil changes
- Follow written work instructions and quality standards
- Inspect parts for cleanliness, defects, and overall quality
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand dexterity and comfort with detailed hands-on work
- Patience and the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to learn a specialized manufacturing process
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a clean, quality-focused production environment
- U.S. citizenship required due to customer and compliance requirements
