Job Description

Open position: We're looking for a developer.

FoodSocial is a social recipe platform with an integrated marketplace. Home cooks can discover new recipes, shop relevant products on-recipe, connect with their favorite recipe creators, and much more.

We are home to hundreds of influential recipe creators (like @primal_gourmet, @metemgee, @colleenshealthylife) and food brands (like Siete, Jovial, Kosterina), 11k+ recipes, and 1M+ home cooks.

Our platform is multi-faceted, including a website, iOS and Android apps, and a first-of-its-kind integration with the Shop app, where hundreds of millions of users browse for shopping inspiration.

About You:

Self-motivated with a good coding style and source control management. Eager to build innovative new features and ship quickly alongside our nimble team.

Requirements:

  • React Native
  • Mobile app development (iOS & Android)

  • PHP / WordPress (custom-built plugins)

  • Hourly to start, eventually moving to full-time
  • Position is remote, can start immediately
