Skillset Matrix Manager Notes: Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc.) All Power Platform products: Solutions, Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI. GPT Development. Experience with Mitratech's TeamConnect TAP Workflow Automations a plus. What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Intake new projects, meetings with Legal business users to discuss projects, design and develop Power Platform and other automation solutions for business users, manage user testing, and document design. Preferred background/prior work experience? 3-5 years' experience with the above. Experience with Legal is a plus. Priority soft skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Legal business users are not technical and will need someone who can take their business needs and interpret them into a technical design. Microsoft Power Platform Developer needed for Legal department automations. 3-5 years' experience across all Power Platform products is required: Solutions, Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. GPT Development and TAP Workflow Automations are a plus. Proven experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design and deliver end-to-end solutions, and usher business users through user acceptance testing. Strong written and verbal communication skills required, as business stakeholders in Legal department
