Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and market conditions
Performance bonus plan: Up to 10% of base salary

Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects across various sectors
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and RFPs to determine scope and requirements
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
Develop detailed bid proposals and maintain organized records of estimates
Monitor project budgets and provide cost-tracking support during project execution

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of estimating experience in the commercial, industrial, or institutional construction sectors
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Strong proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
