Location: McLean, VA

Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience

This remote position offers the opportunity to work with innovative technologies and collaborate with various teams to drive impactful solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8 years full-stack development experience (Java or Python)
1–3 years hands-on AI/Agent development experience
3 years backend/API development (RESTful services)
Experience integrating AI/ML into data pipelines, migrations, and reconciliation processes
Hands-on Apache Kafka experience
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

AWS, Docker, Kubernetes experience
Real-time analytics and event-driven architecture experience
Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Design and implement modern real-time data transfer solutions
Leverage AI for migration, data reconciliation, and user transition
Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Networking, Platform, and Application teams
