Job Description

Developer IVDuration: 12 months Location: Hybrid - Columbia, SC

Day to Day:

Lead the design and development of advanced Genesys Cloud Architect workflows (IVR, digital, routing, NLU-driven call flows).

Produce high-quality technical and functional documentation, including FRDs, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications.

Participate in and/or lead discovery and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to mentor junior developers and influence architectural decisions. Not Looking For: Not looking for full stack Java developers.

Minimum Required Education:

Bachelor's degree-in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree.

Degree Equivalency:

4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree

Minimum Required Work Experience:

6 years-of application development, systems testing or other job related experience.
