The Development Coordinator is an administrative or programmatic support role within the Mass General Brigham Development Office. With appropriate guidance, the Coordinator handles several important administrative functions for assigned individuals or programs, including calendar management, data entry, preparations and follow-up for meetings and events, business expenses and travel arrangements, among others. Also, the Coordinator may handle data entry, gift booking, preparing and/or editing documents and reports, and support programmatic projects.Essential Functions (Key Roles & Responsibilities)Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred and 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or relationship-building role required. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills, abilities and competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational, time management, problem solving and project management skills
