Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics

East Tennessee Children's Hospital is seeking a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician or a Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Physician. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of medical and mental health professionals who integrate care into all aspects of pediatric and adolescent health care. Successful candidates will possess education, skills, and experience to serve a diverse population with clinical services to evaluate a wide range of neurodevelopmental and behavioral difficulties including learning disorders, habit & regulatory disorders, ADHD, developmental disabilities, and complications from chronic illnesses and disabling conditions. The ideal candidate will be expected to have strong clinical and communication skills with an interest in working with both typical and medically complex children.

The successful candidate will be a board-eligible/certified Developmental-Behavioral pediatrician or a Neurodevelopmental Disabilities trained physician who is board eligible/certified in neurology (child), pediatrics, and neurodevelopmental disabilities and must be able to obtain a Tennessee Medical License.

This position includes a highly competitive salary and robust benefit package, along with productivity and quality-based incentives. This position has a potential opportunity for a faculty appointment with the University of Tennessee - Graduate School of Medicine, rank commensurate with experience. East Tennessee Children's Hospital will launch a pediatric residency program in 2027!
