SAP (SAP BTP and SAP retail experience required, techno functional candidate required).
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- We are seeking an experienced SAP Site reliability engineer with over 8+ years of SAP Functional roles experience preferably in Retail/IS Domain who can lead support specialists, define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with development teams to implement improvements.
- The role requires deep functional expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of integration platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high system availability and performance, troubleshooting production issues, and Managing Incident and Change Management (RCA).
- Security Compliance: Coordinate security validation and ensure secure deliveries according to SAP standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead support specialists, define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with development teams to implement improvements.
