Responsibilities and Technical RequirementsAzure Environment Management Microsoft Entra ID managementMicrosoft 365 administrationHardware provisioning (laptops, monitors, switch and router) they have 30-35 desktops internally.  They have 1 rack for servers.  Endpoint managementMonitor and maintain office network appliances (switch, router and security devices), and virtual appliancesPerform cloud, network and endpoint remediation as directedManage HIPAA Compliance training, IT audits (participate) and keep up with compliance updates.

Experience3-5 years of experience in Desktop Support or System Admin roleThey'd love someone out of healthcare, but it's not a deal breaker Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure, specifically:Virtual machinesHybrid connectivity, VPN gatewaysApplication gatewaysAlerts and monitoringStorage managementContainer ArchitectureAzure Kubernetes ServiceExperience with Cybersecurity FrameworksExperience configuring TCP/IP, VPN, switches, routers, and firewallsExperience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and TeamsExperience with cloud PBX and VoIPXML and HL7 experience is a plus (V2 ADT messages or V3 CCD messages)

LocationHouston, TX candidates or those willing to relocate will be considered. This business works hybrid:  3 days on-site, 2 days remote
