Job Description

Location: Malvern, PA Salary: Depends on Experience Description: Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and automated cloud environments leveraging AWS services and advanced identity technologies, including voice biometrics, FIDO passkeys, and ID proofing. Architect and manage AWS infrastructure components such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC to ensure high availability and performance. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for consistent and repeatable deployments. Optimize AWS environments for cost efficiency, performance, and security compliance. Install, configure, and maintain third-party vendor solutions to support CIAM and fraud prevention initiatives. Integrate modern authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML) and implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions. Deploy advanced identity workflows, including voice biometrics, FIDO2/WebAuthn passkeys, and ID proofing, to enhance secure onboarding and fraud prevention. Contribute to automation and development efforts using Python and Java. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Bamboo, GitHub, and Jenkins for streamlined software delivery. Implement application telemetry and observability using Splunk, AppDynamics, and Honeycomb (OpenTelemetry). Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS cloud services and CIAM solutions. Strong knowledge of AWS architecture and services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC). Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation. Proficiency in authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML) and MFA implementations. Experience deploying advanced identity technologies like voice biometrics, FIDO2/WebAuthn passkeys, and ID proofing workflows. Solid programming skills in Python and Java. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices using Bamboo, GitHub, and Jenkins. Experience implementing telemetry and monitoring solutions with Splunk, AppDynamics, and Honeycomb. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced, secure environments.
