DEVOPS ENGINEER – HYBRID – JACKSONVILLE, FL ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a DevOps Engineer with experience in the healthcare industry! This is starting out as a contract position running through February 2027 with potential to extend longer or convert to FTE. This is a hybrid position in Jacksonville, FL, working onsite a couple of days/week, remote the rest of the time. Sorry, but we are not considering any candidates from outside companies for this position (no C2C, 3rd party / brokering).Primary Responsibilities• Production and non-production infrastructure management (Windows OS patching, certificate updates, password rotation)• Ongoing EVMP Support and remediation of servers and applications in production and non-production environments• JIVA and Care application release management (BART, Jenkins, OpenShift)• Critical data load management (member, provider, benefits) in production• Production monitoring and alert response (Splunk, Nimsoft, Control-M)• Disaster recovery and business continuity support• 24/7 on-call support• Audit and compliance support (SOC2, IA, High Trust)• Support InterQual and Episode Management System upgrades/patches• Support Service Delivery and infrastructure upgrades for Linux OS in production and non-productionRequired Work Experience:3+ years related work experience, Professional experience with technical design and coding in the IT industryRequired Education:HS Diploma or GEDWould you like to know more about our new opportunity?
