Introduction

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role involves designing and developing SDLC control reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive metrics. You will work closely with various teams to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, Power BI, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Java, REST APIs, log ingestion, and streaming pipelines.
  • Experience with SDLC/DevSecOps, CI/CD, and a working knowledge of Linux and Cloud environments.
  • Strong SQL, data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
  • Ability to translate platform telemetry, engineering metrics, and controls into actionable insights/KPIs.
  • Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

  • Experience with additional data integration tools and technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SDLC control reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive metrics.
  • Integrate and analyze data from Elastic Stack, Kafka, Redis, and enterprise data sources.
  • Build automated data/log ingestion and reporting pipelines using APIs and related technologies.
  • Analyze platform telemetry to identify trends, compliance gaps, exceptions, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure data quality, reconciliation, metric definitions, and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Security, Platform, and Governance teams.
