Job Title Lead DevOps Engineer Location (s) Trivandrum, Kochi Preferred Proposed Job Level Engineer L3 Years of Experience 5 to 6 years Job Description Candidates will be responsible for the overall DevSecOps activities in the team which includes R&D in DevOps areas, environment management and pipeline maintenance Role & Responsibilities

Ownership and managing the DevOps pipeline in internal and customer environments
R&D in DevSecOps related areas
Automation and Optimization
Cost and Resource Optimization
Support onsite implementation team

Technical Qualifications

AWS Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, EC2, EFS, and S3.
Containerization & Orchestration: Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency in Git, Jenkins Pipelines, Liquibase, environment upgrades, and release processes.
Security Best Practices: Familiarity with SAST (Static Application Security Testing) and DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing).
IaC: Proficiency in Terraform or similar IaC tools
Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs): Knowledge of performance tuning, scalability, high availability, and performance testing.
Observability & Monitoring: Experience with logging, metrics, and monitoring tools for system reliability and debugging.
Programming Skills: Understanding of at least one programming language, preferably Bash or Python.
Database Expertise: Working knowledge of Postgres, SQL and NoSQL databases.
Agile Methodologies: Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
