Our client, is a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Devops Engineer for their Boston, MA/ Lowell, MA location.Responsibilities:
- Managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters
- Handling production environments
- Driving observability and monitoring (e.g., with Datadog)
- Implementing alerting and operational practices
- Supporting environment deployment and production readiness
- This is next-level DevOps, combining development and operational ownership in a deeply hands-on way.
- Core DevOps & Cloud Skills
- Kubernetes (especially EKS on AWS)
- AWS ecosystem (broad familiarity expected)
- GitHub (including GitHub Actions)
- Argo CD
- CI/CD tools (e.g., CircleCI)
- AWS Glue
- gRPC
- Networking Expertise (Critical Requirement)
- A major emphasis was placed on strong networking knowledge, including:
- NAT translation
- Firewalls
- General IP networking fundamentals
