M9 Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located in Chantilly, VA or Colorado Springs, CO. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Mid/senior-level DevOps engineers to support the client's DevOps team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6 - 10 years of experience.
- Experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning critical infrastructure.
- Experience with microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.
- Experience working within the OpenStack cloud ecosystem to configure and deploy optimized infrastructure.
- Experience in monitoring and the health of the resources deployed via Nagios or other enterprise management solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex/automated configuration and deployment processes.
- Specific tool expertise required:
- Linux tools/automation and shell scripting
- Python
- AWS
- OpenStack Management
- Docker containerization and K8s orchestration
- CI/CD with Jenkins or GitLab
Full-Time Employee Compensation
- M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Salary Range
$60,000 - $180,000USD
