In this role, you will partner closely with all engineering teams managing DevOps infrastructure, process, and tools used across the organization. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership expectations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their work, values operational excellence, and understands that no task is too small.Key Responsibilities:

Architect, implement, and manage HA production-grade, on-premise Engineering Infrastructure including the respective Backup and Monitoring systems.Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.Lead DevSecOps transformation initiatives, driving adoption of modern practices across the Engineering organization.Administrate common tool and platforms including AWS, Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence, Guard), VmWare, Proxmox, GitLab, Nexus, JFrog, Cursor, and more.Help manage Engineering subscriptions, licenses, and domain certificates.Collaborate with stakeholders across varying technical and organizational levels, clearly communicating technical concepts and tradeoffs.Contribute to documentation, architecture decisions, and operational best practices.

Required Experience & Qualifications:Professional Experience

8+ years of industry experience; a background in Software Development is preferred.5+ years of DevOps experience, including systems design and deployment.At least 1 year of experience leading or significantly contributing to a DevOps transformation initiative.

Pay within or outside of the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge/education, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
