DevSecOps Engineer

INTEGRITYOne Partners DevSecOps Engineer Location: Hybrid, periodic onsite presence (approximately 1-2 days/month) in Crystal City, VAThe RoleYou'll be at the forefront of delivering DevSecOps for solutions that directly impact our clients' law enforcement mission. With decades of experience, we pride ourselves on building outstanding and sustainable software products and systems.Ideal Candidate Profile· Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning; willing to learn emerging technologies· Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment; adapts to evolving requirements and complex challenges· Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; able to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersRequired Technical Skills· Cloudbees/Jenkins· Terraform· Git and GitHub· AWS AdminDesired Technical Skills· Ansible Tower· Maven· Containerization (Docker)· Container Orchestration (Amazon ECS/EKS, Kubernetes, or OpenShift)· Vault· LINUX (RHEL preferred), shell scripting· Deployment Strategies· Automated Deployment Testing and ToolingKey Responsibilities· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and perform builds and deliver releases over 2-4 week sprints· Develop automated, flexible, high-performance, and secure CI/CD pipelines for products developed with a range of languages and technologies· Diagnose and resolve complex DevSecOps issues· Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams· Respond to client requirements in tight timeframesRequired Qualifications· US Citizenship (ability to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance)· Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science background recommended but not required with suitable experience)· Ability to work on-site in Crystal City, Virginia, 1-2 days per monthExperience· Candidates should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience; however we are actively hiring across multiple experience levels, including more senior candidates· Leveling and compensation will be determined based on years of experience, technical expertise, and overall qualifications· Proven track record in designing and developing automated, secure CI/CD pipelines· Experience working in government or high-security environments is a plusCareer DevelopmentAt INTEGRITYOne Partners, we reward hard work and outstanding results.
