Job Description
Are you a motivated, results-driven communicator who enjoys helping people? Semper Home Loans is currently looking for a Part-Time Lead Engagement Specialist to connect potential borrowers with mortgage solutions. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in guiding leads through the initial steps of their home financing journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with mortgage leads via phone, text, and email.
- Provide initial guidance, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments with Loan Officers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using our CRM and pre-existing spreadsheets.
- Actively communicate with borrowers throughout the majority of your shift.
- Consistently follow up to maximize engagement and conversion.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent phone communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or mortgage-related roles is a plus!
Position Details:
- Part-time, hybrid role based in Providence, RI.
- Must be available nights and weekends, as these are peak engagement hours.
