Are you an experienced sonography professional with a passion for teaching and mentorship?

At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), we’re looking for a dedicated DMS Instructor to inspire students and help them build successful careers in healthcare.

In this role, you’ll deliver engaging, real-world instruction while creating a supportive, student-centered learning environment that drives success.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Deliver competency-based instruction aligned with CHCP curriculum and standards

• Design and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement

• Provide personalized instruction and evaluation to support student achievement

• Foster a positive, dynamic classroom environment that promotes learning

• Offer timely feedback and mentorship to support academic and professional growth

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance

• Participate in faculty meetings and campus initiatives

• Integrate real-world sonography experience into the classroom

• Stay current with industry trends and advancements

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree in a related field (required)

• Required registries: AB, OB/GYN, and RVT

• Minimum of 3 years of full-time sonography experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles

• Proficiency in lesson planning, organization, and classroom management

• Experience with instructional methods and educational technology (preferred)

• Highly organized, confident public speaker, and passionate about education
