Overseeperformanceofsafeandeffectivehemodialysisfollowingallapplicableguidelines in multiple hospitals.
Directandorganizemultiplehospital'shemodialysisprogram.
Implementpoliciesforsafeandeffectivecare.
Supervisedialysisstafftoensurehigh-qualitypatientcare.
Representtheprogramwithinhospitalmanagementandcommunitysettings.
Collaboratewithaninterdisciplinaryteamtocommunicatepatientconcernsandchanges promptly.

Qualifications:

LicenseorCertification:
- CurrentRNlicensureasperstateregulations.
- BLS (CPR)certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- ACLSwithin1yearofhire.
MinimumQualifications:
Oneyearofinpatienthospitalexperience(preferred)

Oneyearofdialysisnursingexperience(preferred).
Inpatientrehabilitationexperience.
Excellentcommunicationskills.
Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementabilities.
Criticalthinkingandproblem-solvingskills.
Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmakeinformeddecisions.
