Implementpoliciesforsafeandeffectivecare.
Supervisedialysisstafftoensurehigh-qualitypatientcare.
Representtheprogramwithinhospitalmanagementandcommunitysettings.
Collaboratewithaninterdisciplinaryteamtocommunicatepatientconcernsandchanges promptly.

Qualifications:

LicenseorCertification:
- CurrentRNlicensureasperstateregulations.
- CPRcertification.
- ACLSwithin1yearofhire.
Preferred:CRRNcertification.
- MinimumQualifications:
- Oneyearofinpatienthospitalexperience(preferred).
- Oneyearofdialysisnursingexperience(preferred).
- Inpatientrehabilitationexperience(preferred).
- Excellentcommunicationskills.
- Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementabilities.
- Criticalthinkingandproblem-solvingskills.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmakeinformeddecisions.
- Flexibleavailabilityforweekdays,weekends,andevening/nightshiftsasneeded.
