Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedof hemodialysis.
Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedof hemodialysis. Supervisingcareandtreatments,conductingpatientassessments,creatingpersonalizedcare plans, and addressing patient concerns.
Buildingrewardingrelationshipswithpatientsbyunderstandingtheirphysical,mental,and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
Educatingnursingstaffonthecareofthehemodialysispatient,hemodialysisequipment,and hemodialysis standards of care.

Qualifications

CurrentRNlicensuresasrequiredbystate regulations.
CPR certification
ACLSwithin1yearof hire
CRRNcertificationpreferred(Ifyoudon'thaveit,wecanhelpyoutoobtain it!)
6monthsdialysisnursingexperience required.
1yearofexperienceininpatienthospitalsetting preferred.
