Must have the knowledge and ability to work on most diesel and gas powered engines. Must be a good problem solver and can work independent on jobs. Must have a good work ethic and communication skills with others. Need to be a team player and goal oriented. We are a GM and Isuzu certified repair facility and work on most makes and models of cars and trucks and medium duty trucks. We are seeking technicians that want to get in on the ground floor of our new dealership.
Job responsibilities and qualifications:
Perform line technician servicesPrimary focus on Diesel engine repair and maintenanceRoutine inspections/maintenanceSystem diagnosticsFull automotive troubleshooting and testingDocument daily repair orders in maintenance systemContinuously expanding your knowledge for new technologies and practiceASE / Chevrolet/GM Certifications preferred3+ years of previous automotive technician / diesel experience strongly preferredMust be able to work on Isuzu low cab forward, diesel, and gas trucksIsuzu training a plus!Chevy medium duty and low cab forward experience preferredGreat mechanical skillsMust be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)Must possess a valid drivers license and in good standing
