Job Description
Position Overview:Diesel MechanicWe're looking to grow our service department by filling diesel mechanic positions in our fast growing ag dealership. Experience is preferred; extensive initial training is provided specific to our equipment lines. On-going training is required with progression to Master Tech Certified status expected. Automotive trained mechanics are encouraged to apply!Our compensation package is one of the most competitive in the area, apply today to learn more!Pay:
- $30 - $40/hour
- Monthly tool allowance (up to $150 per month) Annual Year End Bonus
- Up to 15% of annual salary- Sales/Goal based
- Health Insurance Coverage after 60 Days – Employer pays 80% of individual plan (50% of family plan)
- Dental/Vision- Employer pays 50% of plan
- Stifel IRA after 1 year – Employer matches contributions up to 3%
- Aflac – coverage offered but not supplemented by employer
