Job Description

Maintenance Technician II St. Paul, MN

A leading fleet maintenance operation is hiring Maintenance Technicians to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tractors and trailers. Join a well-equipped shop with experienced technicians and strong benefits.

Pay: $28.50 – $39.90 per hour Sign-On Bonus:$7,500

Open Shifts

St. Paul, MN

  • 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (+$5/hr differential)

  • 1st Shift: Wed–Sat | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturday +50% pay)

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tractors and trailers

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, brake, suspension, and engine systems

  • Read technical manuals and schematics

  • Maintain safe and organized work areas

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years Tractor maintenance experience

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
