Diesel Technician Opportunity – Employee-Owned Company | Southeast ND

If you’re a diesel technician who takes pride in doing things right and wants to be part of a company that’s truly growing, this could be a great fit.

We’re currently partnering with a well-established, employee-owned company in Southeast North Dakota that is looking to add an experienced technician to their team. This is an opportunity to step into a key role where your skills are valued—and where you can also help mentor and support other technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working on engines, transmissions, diagnostics, and alignments
Troubleshooting and repairing a variety of diesel equipment
Assisting in training and mentoring less experienced team members

What We’re Looking For:

5–10 years of diesel technician experience
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skillset
Ability to clearly communicate problems and solutions
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

What’s Offered:

$25–$50/hour, depending on experience
