Job Description
Marian Home is accepting applications for Part Time, 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM, evening shift Dietary Aide's.
The primary purpose is to serve our residents meals and other nourishment's following the written menu and modified diets as well as washing and putting away dishes according to state regulations under the guidance and direction of the cook and Dietary Supervisor.
Marian Home offers tuition assistance for St. Edmond Catholic School in Fort Dodge, which pays half tuition for each child attending Saint Edmond for employees that work 20 or more hours per week.
Marian Home offers 401K and Roth with employer contributions, short and long term disability, PTO, cafeteria plan, dental, medical, and life insurance to employees working 30 hours or more per week.We also consider Easter as a holiday and provide free lunch and supper for employees working that shift that day.
Our Dietary Supervisor has worked for the Marian Home for 22 years and our Administrator for 31 years. Together they bring strong skill sets and experience that promote a culture of learning and a resident centered approach to care.
