Location: Staten Island, NYPay Rate: $19 PER HOUR (Weekly Pay)Benefits: Health Insurance, Sick Pay & 401(k) Available
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Dietary Aides to join our dedicated team at a long-term care nursing facility in Staten Island, NY. As a Dietary Aide, you’ll play an important role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents by assisting with meal preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents
- Ensure residents receive meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment
- Follow infection control, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
- Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining inventory
- Support the Dietary Manager and kitchen team as needed
- Help create a positive dining experience for residents
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Dietary Aide in a nursing home or healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and respectful attitude toward residents and coworkers
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
