Rate: Start Date/End Date: start as soon as possible and on going until we can fill the role

Schedule: Day shift, 40hrs per week.Clinical Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments using clinical data, laboratory values, weight trends, and disease-specific guidelines.Develop, implement, and adjust individualized nutrition care plans, including therapeutic diets, supplementation, enteral feeding, and hydration strategies.Monitor resident outcomes and modify interventions in response to medical changes.
