Davidson is seeking a Digital Engineering Secure Infrastructure SME in Huntsville, Alabama. *Position has hybrid options- 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Davidson is looking for an expert to specify and evaluate the requirements for the infrastructure integration, how to secure it, and requirements that enable it to be upgraded and maintained with minimal effort in a fully digital manner. This program is crucial to solving a challenge that affects us all, the lack of information sharing withing the Department of War resulting in billions spent annually on development of similar technologies within the microelectronics field across the DOD services. Come be a part of an expert team guiding the evolution of the electronics landscape across the Department of War.
Job Responsibilities:
- 12+ years of hands-on-design and security hardening for cloud infrastructures.
- Proven track record delivering secure solutions and architectures that meet compliance frameworks (NIST, RMF, ISO 27001).
- Deep knowledge of IAM, network segmentation, IDS/IPS, risk assessments, DLP and data residency requirements, cloud deployments and architectures in (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).
- 3+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience with at least 3 years of experience in applying the Unified Architecture Framework in IT-infrastructure management roles is highly desired.
Requirements:
- Background in Information Security, preferably with significant ownership in driving cloud architecture security, availability and continuous assessment of risk posture relating to a provided tolerance.
- Leverages methodologies on deployments to meet complex requirements on access control in zero-trust environments.
- IT Enterprise Architecture experience with UAF in defense-related contracts is preferred.
