We are currently seeking a Digital Inkjet Web Press Operator for our 3rd Shift production team.

Position Summary

As a Digital Inkjet Web Press Operator, you will operate and monitor high-speed digital printing equipment to produce quality products efficiently and safely. You'll be responsible for machine setup, quality inspections, troubleshooting, and maintaining production standards while working as part of a collaborative manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed digital inkjet web press equipment.

• Set up and adjust equipment to meet production specifications.

• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments as needed.

• Complete production documentation accurately.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals.

• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn automated production equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment is preferred.

• Experience in printing, packaging, plastics, corrugated, food manufacturing, converting, mailing, or other automated production environments is a plus.

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and move materials weighing 25–50 pounds.

• Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
