Job Description
The Digital Marketing Advisor creates, customizes and manages the dealerships website including the appearance, functionality, postings, on-line specials and incentives.Duties/Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of dealership retail websites from aesthetics to functionality on mobile and desktop with guidance from Regional Digital Manager as well as maintain a full-service support structure for the websites you manage including quality assurance auditing, troubleshooting any site errors regarding pricing, inventory, and 3rd party pluginsCreates COOP eligible and compliance approved digital assets, graphics, and landing pages for each dealership's traditional & digital initiativesGathers special offers from each department at a variety of dealerships to create assets for the website, email campaigns, Facebook, and other mediumsImproves the dealerships organic search exposure by optimizing and creating on-site content ranging from landing pages to blogsWorks proactively with the General Manager's to coordinate & build a cohesive multichannel digital and traditional marketing message for each department across every dealershipWorks with Regional Digital Managers to create ROI reports & provide other analyses to dealers on a monthly basisConfidently and intelligently speaks about stores digital prowess with all stakeholders and ability to work closely with social media co-workers on SEO projects & Facebook initiativesCoordinates with GM's and RDM's to optimize and report out on 3rd party endemic sitesCreates basic HTML e-blast templates, and help stores market to their databaseSubmits sites and assets to OEM & FTC compliance regulationsPerforms other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferredExpertise in graphic design, ability to utilize Adobe Photoshop and other design software requiredProficient in HTML and CSSExcellent on-site SEO knowledgeWebsite optimization understanding of platforms such as Dealer.com and CDKSelf-starter manages time and conditionsConducts themselves professionally at all times and works well under pressureGood interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
