Job Description
Role Summary*
The Analyst will be responsible for helping clients understand how their marketing drives business results while maintaining the integrity of that data through various analytics platforms. You will help elevate the reporting and analytics across the agency by delivering best in class solutions and providing high quality results within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and assist with the construction of dashboards, regular campaign reporting, campaign wrap reports, bespoke analyses that help with media strategy and planning.
- Collaborate with strategy teams on audience discovery/insights, social listening, and other ad-hoc tasks to provide a lens into brand communications.
- Leverage the DIKW (data, information, knowledge, wisdom) framework to provide valuable strategic and analytic outputs into a well-organized, simplified, and consumable package (MS Excel, Apple Keynote, etc.)
- Identify and lead the implementation of data solutions required to enable the effective measurement, reporting, and optimization of media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and other visualization platforms, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance.
- Utilize SQL (BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses) to extract, validate, and analyze marketing performance data.
- Manage and optimize data aggregation and ETL workflows (e.g., Improvado, Supermetrics, or similar platforms) to ensure clean and reliable reporting inputs.
- Explore and adopt emerging analytics, automation, and AI-assisted tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting scalability, and analytical output.
- Investigate data discrepancies and proactively trace issues to their source to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative social sciences preferred
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with ad tech reporting tools (Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Google DV360)
- Familiarity with data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio)
- Basic to intermediate SQL proficiency required; experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses preferred.
- Familiarity with data aggregation and ETL platforms (Improvado, Supermetrics, or similar) preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio required.
- Strong analytical curiosity and a demonstrated ability to validate, question, and reconcile data discrepancies.
- The ability to communicate complex topics in simple terms for non-technical audiences
- A desire to educate, being able to communicate complex analysis into simplified language for non-analytical audiences
- Excellent written, verbal, detail-orientation, and presentation skills
- A drive to continuously learn and the capacity to quickly absorb complex subject matters
- Ability to build strong relationships with client and agency team members (edited)
- Tolerance for ambiguity; creative problem-solving; a willingness to independently research and collaborate to find solutions when established approaches may not be known

- The salary range is $70,000 year to $90,000 per year
