Digital Marketing & Social Media AnalystLocation: Fort Worth, TXJob Type: Full-Time | Temporary (Open-Ended Assignment)Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (No Remote Work)Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PMPay Rate: Up to $25.00 per hourPosition OverviewWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a highly analytical Digital Marketing & Social Media Analyst for an open-ended temporary opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This fully onsite role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on using data to drive strategy, optimize digital campaigns, and improve social media performance.The Digital Marketing & Social Media Analyst will focus on campaign analytics, marketing operations, performance reporting, and social media optimization across multiple brands and locations. While content creation and editing are part of the position, the primary responsibility is leveraging analytics and insights to improve engagement, maximize ROI, and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media Analytics
  • Manage and optimize social media performance using Meta Business Suite.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, audience engagement, website traffic, conversions, and other key marketing metrics.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
  • Interpret marketing analytics to optimize content strategy, paid advertising, and overall digital initiatives.
  • Develop recurring reports and dashboards that communicate marketing performance to leadership.
Campaign Coordination & Marketing Operations
  • Coordinate digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands, locations, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and execution across all marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
  • Monitor paid advertising campaigns, budget utilization, and campaign performance.
  • Review marketing expenses, campaign effectiveness, and optimization opportunities.
Website & Performance Analysis
  • Utilize Google Analytics and reporting tools to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Identify SEO and keyword opportunities to improve digital visibility.
  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements based on user data and search trends.
Content Strategy & Continuous Improvement
  • Review and provide strategic direction on content created by internal teams or external partners.
  • Identify opportunities based on industry trends, seasonal events, audience insights, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Stay current on Meta platform updates, digital marketing best practices, search trends, and evolving algorithms.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing data-driven marketing recommendations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media analytics, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Advanced experience using Meta Business Suite, including analytics, audience insights, campaign monitoring, and reporting.
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics to evaluate website traffic and user behavior.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and social media platforms.
  • Experience monitoring paid advertising campaigns and evaluating campaign performance.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple brands, departments, or locations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and marketing reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting marketing operations within a multi-location or multi-brand organization.
  • Experience reviewing, editing, or optimizing content created by others.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, website analytics, and search behavior.
  • Experience with campaign reporting, marketing budget tracking, invoice review, or expense management.
  • Ability to identify marketing opportunities driven by industry trends, seasonal campaigns, audience insights, and current events.
