• 3 days a week to start with, and the possibility to convert to 5 days a week.
• Shift – 8.30 pm to 5.30 am IST, including a 1-hour break, M-F, with the possibility to work a couple of hours on weekends if needed
• Over 40 hours a week will be paid at 1.5x

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Content Creation & Management: Develop, write, and schedule posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Ensure brand consistency and tone across all digital assets.
• Platform Administration: Maintain and update company websites (CMS), manage client onboarding, and handle digital directories.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics. Generate reports on audience reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
• Campaign Execution: Assist in developing paid advertising plans, setting up audience targeting, and optimizing ad spend.
• Community Management: Monitor direct messages and comments, respond to customer inquiries, and foster community interaction.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media scheduling tools, Content Management Systems (WordPress), and basic graphic design or video editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Analytical Prowess: Ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and social media insights to adjust digital strategies.
• Soft Skills: Strong project management, adaptability to fast-paced industry trends, and excellent copywriting/verbal communication skills
• Responsible for daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
• Answering phone calls and emails and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or employee based on the nature of the request
• Creating and updating databases and records for financial information, personnel records, customer management records, and other data
• Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

• Can do clickbait content and social media stuff for the company.
