Job Details

Lead the development and execution of Company’s digital marketing roadmap that includes website, email and ecommerce strategies.
Define and manage ongoing improvements to the website, including building out new site features and functionality, CMS pages, and daily

management of agency partner.•Execution of product launches, marketing content and other daily maintenance/updates•Report on and analyze web performance, recommend improvements, and communicate web and digital marketing analytics on an established cadence

Email Marketing

•Oversee development of email marketing campaign calendar, production, email setup, testing, deployment, troubleshooting and reporting•Leverage analysis of campaign performance and make use of data to inform future campaign requirements and improvements

Social Media

•Develop social media strategy and oversee execution while ensuring consistency of messaging

Demonstrated digital marketing experience, including website management, use of web analytics tools, ecommerce and email marketing
Experience with digital marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention
and growth
Help develop and execute commerce strategy and manage site merchandising
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among internal and external stakeholders in a high-expectation

environment.

Proven experience managing and coaching direct reports
Exceptional attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy
Creativity and demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of change
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
A clear sense of urgency to achieve results. A “can-do”, “let’s make it happen” attitude
Embrace continuous improvement by proposing new and/or better ways of doing things
BA/BS in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
Knowledge of website CMS systems and MS Office Suite is required. Prior experience with Salesforce, Salsify and Pardot strongly preferred.
Experience with A/B testing a plus
