Digital Marketing Specialist

Atlantic Staffing is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for a growing retail-based business. This role is 100% focused on generating qualified leads for the sales team. If you’re motivated by money, performance, and results, this role offers base pay plus commission on sales driven by your marketing efforts.

This is not an entry-level position.

What theDigital Marketing Specialist Will Do:

• Generate high-quality inbound leads through digital marketing campaigns

• Drive calls, inquiries, appointments, and showroom traffic

• Manage paid ads (social, search, Amazon), email campaigns, and promotions

• Create high-converting content (ads, videos, reels, emails)

• Track performance, optimize campaigns, and scale what works

• Work directly with ownership and sales staff to hit revenue goals

How theDigital Marketing Specialist WillBe Measured (KPIs):

• Number of qualified leads generated

• Cost per lead (CPL)

• Lead-to-sale conversion rate

• Revenue from marketing-driven leads

• Return on ad spend (ROAS)

What We’re Looking For in aDigital Marketing Specialist:

• Proven experience generating leads that convert into sales

• Strong paid advertising and analytics skills

• Sales-driven, goal-oriented mindset

• Motivated by commissions and earning potential

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

Schedule & Pay for the Digital Marketing Specialist:

• Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hours may vary and are subject to change)

• $20.00–$24.00/hour (DOE) + commission on sales (after probationary period)

• Remote or Hybrid opportunity for the right candidate.
