Job Description – Digital Marketing Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO/SEM, display, etc.). Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube. Create engaging and high-quality content (blogs, graphics, videos, and ads) aligned with marketing strategies. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and rankings. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms. Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing technologies, and competitor activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns. Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress is a plus.
