Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the digital product owner for key marketing platforms (CMS, email marketing, digital asset management software, marketing automation, CRM, etc.)
• Create digital content and assets for campaigns and coordinate with design and agency partners for additional content creation as needed.
• Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing efforts including website updates, SEO/GEO, PPC, social media, digital advertising, and email campaigns.
• Manage social media channels including developing the content calendar, drafting content, and monitoring channels to drive social engagement.
• Maintain and update nonin.com and build campaign landing pages, including publishing new content and refreshing current content/pages to drive website conversions.
• Manage overall marketing lead process and audience segmentation in CRM along with lead generation campaigns and email marketing campaigns.
• Execute and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, B2C channels, industry/trade advertising, social media advertising, etc.
• Track performance across all channels and manage campaign performance dashboards.
• Ensure website and digital content meet regulatory standards at all times.
• Apply digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices to drive brand and product awareness, inbound traffic, and lead capture.
• Measure, interpret, and communicate the results of marketing campaigns to demonstrate ROI and recommend strategies for improving or maximizing performance.
• Understand and stay apprised of emerging marketing trends to keep Nonin at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 2- 4 years of previous experience in a digital marketing role; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience using a content management system (CMS) such as Wordpress.
• Experience using a customer relationship management system (CRM) such as Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities through effective prioritization and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a highly regulated environment
• Experience managing vendors.
• B2B marketing experience.
• Experience using Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) for basic graphic design support.

Physical Requirements:

• Sit, and/or stand 8 hours/day
