Job Description

WHO WE ARE:

State of Franklin Healthcare Associates is a physician-led and team-member owned multi-specialty care group headquartered in Johnson City, TN with locations in the upper East Tennessee & Southwest Virginia region. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our patients and our team members.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute go-to-market digital programs
  • Develop content for all digital channels
  • Digital performance reporting and analysis on aggregate data
  • Utilize Google AdWords campaigns, search engine optimization, and other resources to increase traffic and improve conversion rates
  • Create systems to measure key process indicators (KPI)
  • Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other appropriate field of study

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 3+ years of progressive, proven experience in digital marketing roles. Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred.
