Job Description

Stratus Clean Northwest is one of the fastest-growing commercial cleaning franchise organizations in the Pacific Northwest. We help businesses maintain healthier workplaces while supporting entrepreneurs in building successful franchise businesses.

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity, analytics, and AI-powered marketing to generate qualified leads, improve brand awareness, and accelerate business growth.

What You'll Do

You'll own and execute our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads.
  • Manage and optimize SEO for our websites and local search presence.
  • Build and manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Improve website traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Create landing pages that convert visitors into leads.
  • Develop AI-powered marketing workflows to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Create blog content, email campaigns, newsletters, and lead magnets.
  • Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Improve local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing with business goals.
  • Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
    • Proven success managing SEO and PPC campaigns.
    • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
    • Strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization.
    • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with:
    • AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity
    • HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • WordPress
    • SEMrush or Ahrefs
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Looker Studio
    • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
    • Zapier or Make.com
    • Franchise, B2B, or multi-location marketing
